The E-tegra stent graft system enables the treatment of even difficult vascular anatomies and expands endovascular treatment options for infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysms

The E-tegra stent graft has a bi-modular design and consists of a main body and contralateral leg. Thanks to iliac and aortic extensions, the system can be individually adapted. In addition, aorto-uni-iliac configurations are available.

The main body has a laser-cut stent proximally with active fixation as well as a specially developed sealing stent. The asymmetric spring configuration in combination with an soft and flexible polyester give the stent graft flexibility and adaptability. Radiopaque markers at various positions of the stent graft facilitate accurate positioning but also cannulation of the short leg of the main body.

The E-tegra delivery system has a delivery catheter with a hydrophilic coating which is characterized by flexibility, advancement and precise maneuverability in the vessel. The proven Squeeze-to-Release mechanism enables a controlled and accurate release of the stent graft.

The E-tegra Stent Graft can also be used in combination with an E-liac Stent Graft, to enable the treatment of abdominal and iliacal aortic diseases.
