E-vita OPEN NEO®
Aortic Hybrid Stent Grafts

E-vita OPEN NEO®

The E-vita OPEN NEO® is a next-generation hybrid stent-graft system designed for the surgical treatment of complex aortic arch and descending thoracic aorta pathologies using the "Frozen Elephant Trunk" (FET) technique.

Overview: The E-vita OPEN NEO® is a next-generation hybrid stent-graft system designed for the surgical treatment of complex aortic arch and descending thoracic aorta pathologies using the "Frozen Elephant Trunk" (FET) technique. By merging open surgical repair with endovascular treatment in a single procedure, it enables surgeons to perform total arch replacements more safely and efficiently. Evolving from over a decade of clinical experience, the Neo version offers multiple configurations (Straight, Branched, Trifurcated), providing a patient-tailored approach to aortic repair.

Technological Innovations:

Z-Shape Stent Design: The Z-shape nitinol stent configuration is engineered to minimize focal stress on the aortic wall, specifically aimed at reducing the risk of distal stent-graft induced new entry (dSINE) complications.

Compact & Shapeable Delivery System: The redesigned handle ensures controlled deployment even in calcified or tortuous aortic arches. Its shapeable shaft grants the surgeon superior maneuverability according to anatomical challenges.

Trifurcated Configuration: Optimized for Zone 0 or 1 anastomoses, this design provides more space and technical ease for the reconstruction of supra-aortic vessels.

Clinical Advantages & Research: Multicenter studies published in 2024-2025 highlight a 92% rate of freedom from unplanned aortic interventions at one year post-implantation. Clinical data suggests that the trifurcated model reduces operative times and minimizes cardiac arrest durations, thereby lowering the risk of neurological complications.
