The Mindray TV Series transport ventilators are designed to provide safe, continuous, and high-performance respiratory support during both intra-hospital and pre-hospital patient transport. The series includes the TV50 and TV80 models, combining compact design, turbine-driven ventilation technology, and ICU-level respiratory support for modern transport ventilation requirements.

Transport ventilation is considered one of the most critical phases of patient care, particularly for mechanically ventilated and critically ill patients. During patient transfer, complications such as hypoxia, desaturation, and ventilation instability may occur. The Mindray TV Series was developed to minimize these risks through advanced ventilation modes, intelligent monitoring capabilities, and integrated workflow optimization.

Both TV Series models support invasive ventilation, non-invasive ventilation, and oxygen therapy within a single platform. Their built-in turbine systems reduce dependence on centralized gas supplies while delivering high peak flow performance for effective NIV support. The TV80 provides a peak flow of ≥260 L/min, while the TV50 delivers ≥210 L/min.

The TV80 represents the flagship solution within the series. Its modular architecture enables integration of the ventilator, patient monitor, infusion pump, and oxygen cylinder into a unified transport platform, significantly improving workflow efficiency during patient transfer. The plug-and-play design allows automatic synchronization with bedside ventilator settings and supports uninterrupted data continuity throughout transport.

The TV80 also delivers ICU-grade ventilation support. Advanced technologies such as AMV™ (Adaptive Minute Ventilation) and IntelliCycle™ help optimize patient-ventilator synchrony while reducing clinician workload. In emergency situations, the CPRV™ mode allows rapid access to predefined ventilation settings for resuscitation scenarios.

The TV50 focuses primarily on mobility and portability. Weighing only 4.5 kg, the device is particularly suitable for ambulance, helicopter, and pre-hospital emergency applications. Despite its compact size, the TV50 offers advanced ventilation modes, EtCO₂ monitoring support, and extended battery performance, making it a highly capable transport ventilation solution.

Both devices are engineered for demanding transport environments. Features such as IP34 protection, drop resistance, wide operating temperature range, and automatic altitude compensation allow reliable operation in ground ambulance, air ambulance, and challenging field conditions.

Within the TV Series portfolio, the TV50 is positioned as a lightweight and highly portable solution optimized for pre-hospital care and standard transport applications.
